Helping people understand dogs.
Internationally.
What I believe
Most people think dog training is about teaching dogs.
it's about teaching people how to have a dog.
Because every dog’s behaviour has a reason.
And dogs just need humans who understand them.
My job is to help you understand it.

Who I am
Hi, I'm Bára.
For years, I've been helping dogs and their people understand each other.
Not in perfect training halls.
Not by teaching endless commands.
But in real life.
I've worked with hundreds of dogs of different breeds, ages and backgrounds—from energetic puppies to rescued dogs with difficult pasts.
One thing became clear very quickly:
Dogs aren't complicated.
They're incredibly honest.
Every behaviour has a reason.
Every reaction tells a story.
The challenge isn't changing the dog—it's learning to understand what they're trying to say.
That's why my consultations don't begin with commands.
They begin with observation.
I watch.
I explain.
We discover together why your dog behaves the way they do, and how to make everyday life calmer, clearer and easier for both of you.
Over the years, this approach became the foundation of an online guide that has already helped hundreds of dog owners in the Czech Republic.
I'm currently preparing an English version while working with dog owners in other countries.
Because no matter where we live, dogs speak the same language. ;)
How I work
-
Get in touch via WhatsApp or the contact form .
Tell me a little about your dog and what you're struggling with.
We'll find the best way to help.
-
We meet where the problem actually happens.
Every dog is different, so I don't follow a fixed plan.
I start by understanding your dog, your routine and your relationship.
-
Before changing anything, I observe.
Your dog's behaviour.
Your communication.
Your timing.Dogs are constantly telling us what's happening—we just have to know what to look for.
-
Many people describe the problem.
Together, we'll discover the reason behind it.
Once you understand why your dog behaves the way they do, finding the right solution becomes much easier.
-
We work with your dog together.
I guide you, explain what to do and why it works.
My goal isn't to train your dog for you.
My goal is to teach you how to understand them.
-
Real change doesn't happen in one session.
I'll give you practical exercises to work on at home, and together we'll decide on the next steps.
The goal isn't perfection.
The goal is a calmer, clearer relationship with your dog.

The missing piece isn't training.
Your dog needs understanding.
You don't need complicated methods to communicate with your dog.
You don't have to buy their attention with treats.
The strongest relationships aren't built on a pocket full of biscuits.
They're built on trust, clear communication, and understanding between two completely different species.
When you finally understand how your dog sees the world, everything changes.
The leash becomes communication.
Commands become conversation.
And life together becomes easier—for both of you.

Online guide.
I'm currently translating my Czech online guide into English.
It has already helped hundreds of dog owners understand their dogs instead of simply training them.
I'm currently creating English content and building the international Dogs Not Dumb community.
You'll still find some Czech posts on Instagram while the account transitions to English.
Thanks for being here from the beginning.
